I knit a sweater!!!
It's my first sweater ever! I'm so excited! the finished pic isn't that great, so I'm putting the closeup from before I added the sleeves so you can see the pattern. It's supposed to be the my cherie amour sweater from knitty, but I did this funky thing with my yo's so that the holes weren't as big. It's double stranded and super warm too. :D I'm still kinda in shock that I actually knitted a sweater!!!

I think that is fabulous. I like it as a vest without the sleeves as well - you might try making a second one! Have you blocked your sweater? That might open up the yarn overs a bit.

Thanks! I don't know what's next but I think I might try the sweater with one strand and do it exactly like it's supposed to be.
