WIP and a site with lots of freebie pattern links

A couple of photos of my WIP. The photo on the far left is Top 126 from "Poetry in Stitches" the yarn is Claudia Handpaints in Red Wagon, I discovered too late that they were labeled incorrectly so my dyelots do not match and the shop is out of business. Shoulder straps and crochet edging to go.
The right photo is a design that I found in an vintage knitting book but I used the shaping from IK fall 2006 Venezia, one sleeve to go. KnitPicks Palette in Ash/ Fog and Red.
I really like the shape and plan to use it for 2 other designs.

I found a blog that maybe of interest as it has lots of freebie pattern links:

WOW! I am way impressed! I am a Fair Isle nOOb and that second pick is really wowing me! That totally sucks about the dyelot issue though. I've been there. :(

Thanks for the kind words.

Fair Isle isn't difficult.
I checked the Philosopher's Wool Two-Handed Fair Isle Technique video from the library.

Take care. Have a great weekend.

That Red Wagon is beautiful! I just want to find out where to buy it so it can be my first project top.
